I’m Eliana
A queer therapist, advocate, and cat mum.
I work with people from all walks of life, with a special focus on LGBTQA+ folks, people in kink and ethically non-monogamous relationships, and survivors of sexual, domestic and family violence.
I've built my clinical experience in places I believe in. Supporting LGBTQA+ survivors at ACON. Working with people navigating trauma at Knowmore Legal Service. Mentoring women rebuilding their lives through WAGEC.
I bring all of it, and my own lived experience, into every session.
I believe the best therapy happens when you don't have to edit yourself.
Whether your story is complicated, unconventional, or just quietly hard to carry
I'd love to meet you.
How we can work together
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
— Carl Rogers
You don't have to explain yourself here
I've worked alongside these communities for years both professionally and personally.
Nothing is too messy, too weird, or too complicated to share.
Relationships & intimacy
Navigating connection, conflict, and closeness; in any relationship structure.
Identity & self-discovery
Exploring who you are. Your gender, sexuality, values, and how you want to move through the world.
Ethical non-monogamy
Polyamory, relationship anarchy, open dynamics; without having to explain the basics.
Kink & BDSM
A space where your lifestyle is respected, not pathologised or questioned.
LGBTQA+ experience
Queer grief, coming out, chosen family, community belonging; with someone who gets it.
Anxiety & feeling stuck
When you can't quite name what's wrong, but you know something needs to shift.
Let’s meet here
You can read all of this and still feel unsure if I'm the right therapist for you. Which makes complete sense. Therapy is a deeply personal thing.
When you feel ready, a free 15-minute call is a great place to start.
If something is on your mind, feel free to reach out. My inbox is always open.
